I’m a freelance location sound mixer and sound designer.
I grew up on a farm in rural Pennsylvania, which taught me about everything from good work ethic to staying positive in the worst situations. I ended up becoming enthralled by films and all that went into them. Lots of self-education and amateur projects later, I found that I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
I attended New York University from September 2016 to January 2020, and graduated with a B.F.A. in Film and Television as well as a Minor in Game Design. Quickly, my interests led me to specialize my education around sound recording, mixing, and editing, as well as 3D animation.
While at NYU, I worked on multiple student sets, as well as freelance location sound and sound design opportunities. Those jobs were the catalyst for me to realize that I wanted to work with audio professionally, whether that be on set or in post. I’m always looking forward to the next creative endeavor and love every aspect of what goes into each one.
